Pre-Orders: Should you request a refund before the item(s) are shipped, no matter the reason for the refund, your refund will be processed in full minus a cancellation fee of 7%. We do not cancel or refund any delayed or already shipped items.
ALL items: Returns are not accepted. Items are generally shipped Priority USPS/UPS/FedEx and include insurance for most items. If you have a large order that exceeds the included insurance, it is strongly recommended you opt to insure your shipment for any additional amount necessary to cover any damage or loss that may be incurred in transit.. Refunds will not be given if your If your items arrive damaged or are lost in transit, but I will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier though it is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to file a claim. Please contact me immediately upon receipt (within 72 hours) if there is an issue with your order.
